PA-Communication

Hectronic machines constantly collect data during their hours of operation. Every payment is registered whether made with coins, cards or bank notes. Date, time and method of payment and amount is recorded in the electronic log books. This data can be manually downloaded from the machines at any time. With PA Communication this process is automated. The data collected is transferred by data transfer to a central database and stored there. This is available immediately for evaluation. In this way, payment information by credit card is received simply and reliably to the central database if this has not already been processed online.

The entire settings of the machine such as tariffs, parameters, display texts (also in foreign languages for tourists) and black and white lists for processing Hectronic payment cards and credit cards are available in small, simply constructed files. These can be sent to the machines or received from them for the purposes of data back-up using PA Communication.

The add-on module PA Communication gives you the opportunity amongst others to programme a group or a whole installation of Hectronic machines with new tariffs and/or hours of operation easily.

They determine with which Hectronic payment machines PA Communication is communicated to, which files are sent and received and when the connection is established.

Sending and receiving data

With the PA Communication module you can transfer complete files between machine and PA Manager with an FTP Server.

You can regularly receive:

• Credit card transactions
• Statistical data
• Event data (payments, warnings, information)

Would you like to change tariffs, add foreign language user instructions, send up-to-date black lists? Send the data created in your workplace to the parking ticket machines:

• Tariff and parameter file
• Screens (display texts)
• Advertising texts for tickets
• Black lists for blocking individual cards.

The module uses GSM/GPRS modems, LAN or fixed internet connections in the central database of the operator of the installation and the GSM/GPRS modem or the LAN interface in the Hectronic machines. It offers you the most varied settings options for interfaces, modems, transfer times and diagnosis tools.
