Hectronic sells product sector tank truck management system

Hectronic GmbH, Bonndorf, increases their focus on the core business segments of parking and refueling and will divest the tank truck management system TWM on the 1st December 2011 to HORN GmbH & Co. KG from Flensburg, a company that strategically integrates the product line into its own portfolio.

Stefan Forster, Managing Director of Hectronic, says: "For our customers this is a solution that ensures that the products TWM and AFS are further developed. HORN generates added value through their own products and solutions."

HORN's Managing Director Torsten Kutschinski adds: "The product TWM is proven for many years and will complement our product range perfectly. It allows us to increase our product offer substantially."

At Hectronic the divestment leads to no personnel changes with the affected employees being retained in other sectors. The Hectronic offices in Switzerland (Hectronic AG) and Poland (Polska Hectronic) will continue to offer the products.
